Module housings are available in stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, and shrink film. Custom modules can also be provided without housing, if you prefer. For applications requiring protection against water or dust intrusion, we can design modules to meet any specified IP rating.
Tecate Group will design an ultracapacitor or lithium-ion capacitor cell pack for your application and arrange the cells as required to fit in the space available.
Module design services include PCBA layout and CMS with monitoring, if required. Options include active balancing, passive balancing, overvoltage alarms, and temperature monitoring using a customer-specified connector interface.
Tecate Group can accommodate any product label design preferences, including customer product numbers, barcodes, and certifications markings.
The module will include your specified mounting positions.
The module will include your specified power terminals. If you do not have a preference, Tecate can make a recommendation in accordance with your application's requirements.
